Will I experience any side effects if I take more than the recommended 2 capsules of SpermidineLIFE® per day?

The recommended 1mg daily serving is our maintenance dose. Studies show that this low dose amount is enough to have an impact on our bodies, so we started there with our spermidine concentration. That being said, we are aware that healthcare practitioners sometimes recommend higher dosages and some clients choose to take more than the 2 capsules a day. Though we don't have FDA approval here in the US, since spermidineLIFE is a dietary supplement, we have received approval from the European Food Safety Authority (since our product originated in Austria) that dosages of up to 6mg of spermidine are considered safe.
