How much spermidine does a male ejaculate contain in comparison?

We know that the polyamine, spermidine, was first isolated in the mid-1900s from human semen. But as far as how much spermidine is contained within a sample, thats hard to say since we aren't aware of any specific studies measuring the amount of spermidine in male ejaculate. We do know that it's found in high amounts in both semen and breast milk, I just don't know how much.
