It is possible to measure the level of spermidine in the blood, however, this process can be expensive and will require equipment not typically found in regular research labs. This makes the process not widely available to non-scientific organizations. It’s much easier and cost-efficient to measure spermidine content in the organs but it requires a biopsy.
